2021 Serious, Old Vine Zinfandel, Lodi

Each year Macchia produces about 30 different lots of wine yielding approximately 600 barrels in total.  Every year there will be one lot that stands out above the rest.  This is usually noticeable from the day that it is crushed.  After fermentation,  we’ll age this wine in our finest French and American oak cooperage (usually with a higher percentage of new barrels). It represents the finest wine Macchia can produce.  Try a glass and see how Serious we can be about sharing our passion for a perfectly balanced Zinfandel.
