2022 Righteous, Barbera, Linsteadt Vineyard, Amador County
Barbera arrived in California along with the early Italian immigrants. This makes sense since it is one of the most widely planted grapes in their country. It is celebrated around the world as an extremely food-friendly wine with refined tannins and lively acidity. The Righteous grapes that come from the Linsteadt Vineyard continue to set the standard for wines produced from this appellation. This dark-hued wine is filled with red berry flavors and a subtle hint of Mountain spice.
