Pinot Noir is derived from the French word's "pine" and "black;" alluding to a variety of grape that forms a tight pinecone shaped cluster. Some may remember this Famous grape from the movie "Sideways." Lodi Pinot is all about the fruit. It is beautifully light in color and tannins with the aromas of cherries, raspberries, and strawberries.
